Every Styler Partner is automatically enrolled in the referral programme. Refer another business and you both benefit.
Finding your referral code
Sign in to the Styler Hub.
Open Account Options in the top bar.
Click Referrals.
Your unique code is on that page, along with a summary of how the programme works.
Sharing it
Send your code to the business you're referring. They need to enter it when they sign up — a referral can't be added afterwards, so make sure they have it before they register.
💡 The referrals that convert are the ones where you've already talked about Styler. Sending a code cold to a list of contacts rarely works; mentioning it to someone who's just asked how you manage your bookings usually does.
What you each get
They get 15% off their subscription fee when they sign up with your code.
You get 3 months subscription-free.
When your reward lands depends on what they've signed up for:
If they've taken a Business App, it applies once their app goes live.
If they haven't, it applies when their first subscription payment is taken, one month after sign-up.
👀 Either way there's a gap between referring someone and being rewarded. That's normal — the referral has to become a paying customer first.
Tracking your referrals
The Referrals page lists everyone you've referred and where each one has got to:
Pending — they've signed up with your code, but the reward conditions haven't been met yet.
Processing — the conditions are met and your reward is being applied.
Redeemed — your free months have been applied.
If you haven't referred anyone yet, you'll see No referrals found.
💡 A referral stuck on Pending usually means they haven't gone live yet, rather than anything being wrong. If it's been a while and you think it should have moved, ask your Styler Consultant to check.

❓ How many businesses can I refer?
There's no cap — each successful referral earns its reward.
❓ My friend forgot to enter the code.
The code has to be entered at sign-up. Speak to your Consultant as soon as possible — the sooner it's raised, the more likely something can be done.
❓ Where do the free months appear?
On your subscription. Check Billing for your next billing date — see billing: your plan, cards and reactivating.
