How to Create a Staff Account and Adjust Settings

Step 1: Sign In πŸ”‘

Access the Styler Hub using one of the methods listed below and enter your account email and password to sign in.

Accessing the Styler Hub:

🌐 Web: Access the Hub via our website and log in here.

πŸ“± iOS: Download the Hub app from the Apple App Store.

πŸ“± Android: Access the Hub via our website or the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Add the Staff Member πŸ‘₯

Here’s how:

πŸ“‹ Open the side menu and click the 'Staff' option.

βž• Click the ' + Add Staff' button.

πŸ“ Enter your staff information.

βœ… Click the 'Add Staff' button.

Step 3: Create the Account πŸ› οΈ

Here’s how:

πŸ“‹ Open the side menu and go to Settings.

βž• Go to Staff - Accounts.

πŸ“ Click the βž• icon.

βœ… Select the Staff Member you want to create an account for.

Select their permission level.

Click Create.

The staff member will receive an email outlining instructions on how to create a memorable password and log in. This guide can be seen below.

  1. Go to the Styler Hub Login Page.

  2. Click 'Forgot Password'.

  3. Enter your email.

  4. Go to your inbox and follow the password reset email.

  5. Return to the login page.

  6. Enter your email and new memorable password.


Explanations of Permission Levels πŸ”’

We offer 5 permission levels:

  • Admin (Full Access)

  • High

  • Medium

  • Low

  • Basic

You can adjust the parameters of each permission in the settings.
