Yes. We don't like being locked into long contracts either.
Just let us know — speak to your Styler Consultant or email [email protected]. Your account closes at the end of the next billing cycle, so in practice we need one month's notice.
Until the end date
Nothing changes. You keep full access, bookings carry on, and your customers won't notice anything.
In Billing, your subscription status will read Cancels at end of period, alongside the date access ends. Worth checking that date is what you expected.
What happens to your data
Your data isn't deleted when you cancel. Your customers, bookings, history and settings are retained, which is what makes coming back straightforward rather than a fresh start.
What does stop:
Access to the Hub.
Online bookings through your widget and app.
👀 If you have a Business App, cancelling affects its availability in the App Store and Play Store. Talk to your Consultant about the timing before you cancel — this is the part that's hardest to undo quickly.
💡 Export anything you'll want first. While you still have access, export your customer list from the Customers page. It's much easier than asking for it afterwards.
Changing your mind
You can come back. Sign in and you'll be offered Reactivate subscription — your data is restored rather than started over.
Before you cancel
If you're leaving because something isn't working, tell us — a lot of what drives people to cancel is a setting nobody showed them. Your Consultant would rather fix it than lose you.
And if cost is the issue, it's worth asking about a different plan before cancelling outright. Styler has three, and you may not need the one you're on.
