Capitalised but undefined words in this user generated content policy shall have the meaning assigned to them in our Terms Of Use.
If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed in booking via any Styler Website, App or Widget.

1. Definitions
Preamble terms with assigned meanings are stated below.
Consumer/User/You: A user of the Styler Website or a Styler App.
Styler Partner or Business User: Also referred to as “partner”, “salon owner”, “business owner”, or “provider”, a business that has signed a contract to work in partnership with Styler. Styler Partners or Business Users are service providers to the consumer as they book a service with a Styler Partner through our website or apps.
Website or Site: The Styler website at https://Styler.uk and all subdomains, for example https://hub.styler.digital.
App or Apps: Any Styler Partner (Business) App marked on the Apple App store or Google Play store with WhatStyle Limited or Styler Digital as the Publisher.
Services: Refers to any products, goods or services provided by a Partner which is booked via their website, app or widget.
Styler: Also referred to as “company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, meaning WhatStyle Limited, trading as Styler Digital.
Widget: The web interface provided by Styler which the Partner may embed on its own website and/or social media channel(s), with their own branding. Customers are able to make bookings through said widget.
2. Description Of Services
Styler provides a booking service to you which allows for fast and reliable bookings with health, beauty and wellness businesses which are registered as a Styler Partner. All services that are provided through the Styler booking platform are offered on behalf of the Styler Partners. Our responsibility is to confirm your booking with the Partner. We do not hold any responsibility or liability to the quality of the actual service provided to you after your booking with us is confirmed.
These booking terms and conditions are amended on a regular basis. Please check this document every time you book through us, read carefully and understand all of the terms which apply. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
3. Relationship Between You, Us And Our Partners
3.1
Booking Widgets embedded in Partner app(s) or website(s) are owned and operated by Styler. You can book a variety of services from a variety of providers. These services are provided by the Styler Partner and not by us.
3.2
We will provide you with a Booking confirmation, which will supply you with the date of your booking, time of your booking, unique reference number, the total cost of the services booked and any discounts that have been applied.
3.3
If you wish to reschedule your booking, you can do so via a Styler App, Widget or Website, or alternatively you can contact the Styler Partner directly. They will deal with your request in compliance with their own Booking policies. Please make yourself aware of these terms before attending your booking.
3.4
If you have made a booking, but have not received a booking confirmation from us, please contact [email protected].
3.5
If these booking terms and conditions are breached and/or the customer acts in an inappropriate manner towards Styler or our Partners, Styler reserves the right to terminate the customer account.
4. Services
4.1
All Services shown on the Partner’s Website(s), App(s) or Widget(s) are subject to availability. The images and/or descriptions of the services on Styler Parter Websites, Apps or Widgets are for illustrative purposes only, and actual services may vary from such images and/or descriptions. We require our Partners to ensure that all information provided is accurate and highlights any legal restrictions associated with a service. Nonetheless, we cannot verify the information which Partners provide to us.
4.2
As a consumer of the service you booked, you have legal rights in relation to the standard of the service which was provided to you. If the service was not performed with reasonable care and skill as described, you may seek advice from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Styler are not responsible for the quality of the service provided, the legal action taken will be between you and the Salon Owner. Nothing written in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer.
4.3
It is your (or the person receiving the Services) sole responsibility to notify the Salon in advance of any medical/health or special needs that may affect or be affected by any of the services. If this information is not provided neither Styler or the Styler Partner is liable for any injury, loss or damages as a result of the service.
5. Cancellations/Amendments/Refunds
5.1
As highlighted in Section 3.3, you can reschedule your booking via a Styler App, Widget or Website (if available), alternatively you can contact the Styler Partner directly.
5.2
The time between when you may cancel your appointment and your scheduled appointment start time will be determined independently by each Partner. This Cancellation Policy information will be disclosed to you on your Styler Booking confirmation.
5.3
Styler is not responsible for providing the Consumer with a refund or any additional discounts for the services provided by the Partner.
6. Legal Requirements
6.1
By Booking an appointment through your Styler account you agree that:
You are over the age of 18 (Bookings may by made on behalf of a minor).
The information you provide us is true.
You are legally authorised to provide payment using your chosen payment method for your booking.
6.2
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your booking is in breach of these terms and conditions or of any applicable law or regulation, we may terminate your account and cancel your booking.
7. Support
7.1
It is our goal to provide you with a great booking experience, if you have any feedback, need assistance when making the booking or would like to make a complaint, please contact [email protected], the Styler Support Team will be happy to help.
7.2
Whilst the quality of the service provided to you by a Styler Partner is not our responsibility, we care about the quality of service our Partners provide. If you would like to complain about the Service please try the following:
Try to resolve the issue with the Partner by communicating with them directly.
Leave an honest public review about the Partner online.
Email us at [email protected] and we will contact the Partner and try to resolve the issue on your behalf.
7.3
We care about all aspects of your booking and service. However, we are not responsible for the services(s) which our Partners provide and are under no obligation to provide compensation. However, we do take complaints seriously and will do our best to help you resolve a dispute between you and our Partners.
8. Pricing
8.1
All prices shown on the Partner’s Website(s), App(s) or Widget(s) are subject to change. The price you pay for each individual service at the time your booking is confirmed, will be honoured by the Salon Owner, even if the price has changed since your booking was made.
8.2
The final price you pay connected with a Styler Booking may be adjusted to reflect any additional goods or services you purchase from the Partner at the time of receiving Partner Services.
8.3
The Partner has full responsibility for accounting for indirect taxes on the total value of your booking. Styler does not charge tax on your booking, as the Services are provided by the Partner, not by us. As a result, Styler is unable to provide you with a tax invoice in relation to your Bookings, if you require a tax invoice, it will be provided by the Partner.
8.4
As you will pay for your service directly at the Salon, please check their available transaction methods before the appointment.
9. Payments
9.1
Payments made through the a payment facility on a Styler App, Widget or Website are processed by third party payment service provider Stripe Ltd. Styler takes reasonable care to ensure that the payment facility is available and functioning at all times, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to such payment facility, nor can we guarantee that the facility is virus or error free. Styler is not responsible for payment delays, we cannot predict or guarantee the amount of time needed to complete the processing of your payment.
9.2
Access to the payment facility may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any scheduled interruptions to such payment facility and will do what we can to restore the facility as soon as reasonably possible.
9.3
Payment disputes and refunds should be discussed with the Styler Partner Business with whom you have booked. If you are unable to reach the Partner Business for any reason, and/or believe that they may be in violation of these booking terms, please contact [email protected] and our Support team will be happy to assist you further.
9.4
By inputting any payment method (including debit and credit card) information into a Styler App, Widget or Website, you agree that:
You are authorised to provide the payment method information.
You are authorised to charge payments to the payment method.
You authorise Styler to charge your payment method for any deposit amount, and/or cancellation/no-show fees, associated with your Booking.
9.5
Styler Partners may at their sole discretion charge you a late cancellation fee in the event that you cancel a booking outside of the Partner's cancellation terms. Please contact the Styler Partner prior to booking if you are unsure about the Partner's cancellation terms. Late cancellation fees is a service provided by Styler as the booking agent of the Styler Partner.
9.6
Styler Partners may at their sole discretion charge you a no-show fee if you don't show up to your booking. Please contact the Styler Partner prior to booking if you are unsure about the Partner's policy on no-show fees. No-show fees is a service provided by Styler as the booking agent of the Styler Partner.
10. Liability
10.1
Where we have been negligent and/or breached a contractual obligation to you, we will be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result, provided that loss and/or damage is foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our negligence or breach of contract, or would have been considered by you and us to be a likely consequence of it since creating your Styler account.
10.2
We do not accept any liability for the following types of loss, whether caused by breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if the loss is foreseeable: loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; or waste of management or office time.
10.3
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
11. Our Right To Change These Booking Terms & Conditions
11.1
We may revise these Booking Terms and Conditions from time to time in the following circumstances:
If we change the way you create a booking through us.
We create additional features that would alter our Terms & Conditions.
If there are changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or if there are any other changes to our business procedures.
11.2
Every time you use the Styler Booking Service, the Booking Terms and Conditions in force at that time will be accepted by you at the point of confirming your booking. You can find the date on which these Booking Terms and Conditions were last updated at the top of this page.
12. General
12.1 - Notices
All communications and notices from you must be sent to us by email at [email protected]. Our customer support team will aim to get back to you within 2-4 working days.
12.2 - Severability
If any of these Booking Terms and Conditions are determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.3 - Governing Law
These Booking Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You and we each agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from, or related to, the ordering and/or supply of Services booked via a Partners website and/or app, powered by Styler.
12.4 - Interpretation
Where applicable, words in these Booking Terms and Conditions that are defined in the singular shall retain the same definition in the plural, and vice versa. Words in the masculine include the feminine, and vice versa. No regard for gender is intended by the language in these Booking Terms and Conditions.
